Course overview
General English – Level 04 is an intermediate English language program designed to strengthen learners’ independence and confidence in everyday, social, academic, and workplace communication. Building on Level 03, the course develops more accurate and flexible grammar, a broader range of vocabulary, clearer spoken interaction, and the ability to understand and produce extended texts. Learners practice discussing opinions, explaining reasons, narrating experiences, and responding appropriately in familiar and less predictable situations. Integrated listening, speaking, reading, and writing activities support progression toward upper-intermediate study. Training methodology
The program uses a communicative, learner-centered approach with guided language discovery, targeted grammar and vocabulary practice, interactive pair and group tasks, role plays, authentic reading and listening materials, short presentations, structured writing assignments, and regular corrective feedback. Initial diagnostic activities, formative checks, and a final integrated-skills assessment help monitor progress. Target competencies
