Privacy notice

1. Who we are

CompuBase Training Center in Abu Dhabi is responsible for the personal details sent through this website. To contact us about your data: info@compubasetraining.ae or 02 677 1117.

2. What we collect

When you fill in a registration, enquiry, proposal or calendar form: your name, mobile number, email address, organisation, the course you are interested in, your preferred timing, your team size and any message you write.

We also keep the page the form was sent from and the time it was sent.

3. How we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange your registration or your organisation's proposal, and send you the course calendar if you asked for it. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

4. Who sees it

Only the CompuBase team that handles enquiries and registrations, and the technical providers that host the website and email for us.

When you register for an exam with an awarding body (for example Pearson VUE or IELTS), we share only the details that exam requires, and only with your knowledge.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site uses the cookies it needs to work and to protect its forms. If Google Analytics is switched on, it collects general usage information that does not identify you.

6. How long we keep it

We keep form messages for as long as we need them to answer your enquiry and manage your training, and then delete them.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them, at any time by writing to info@compubasetraining.ae.
