Course overview
This course is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to conduct internal assessments using the EFQM Excellence Model and the RADAR assessment methodology. It provides the tools and techniques necessary to establish and manage a self-assessment program within an organization. Participants will practice using a variety of assessment tools, ranging from basic self-assessments to a comprehensive award simulation. During the award simulation, participants will gain hands-on experience in conducting interviews to gather critical information and deliver desired outcomes. Additionally, they will learn to provide constructive feedback based on assessment results. By the end of the course, participants will be able to identify the most appropriate assessment tools for their organization and begin implementing them immediately.
Training methodology
The course employs a variety of interactive training and facilitation methods to maximize learning and ensure a high return on training investment. These include group assessments, scenario-based discussions, role-playing, and practical tools such as the Business Value Matrix. This matrix, which is thoroughly explained during the course, is used to prioritize improvement activities based on predefined criteria.
