Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)

Course overview

Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) are interconnected disciplines that play a crucial role in modern corporate management. As corporate governance and risk management gain prominence in academic and legislative spheres, the integration of governance, risk, compliance, and internal controls into a unified system becomes essential. Unfortunately, not all organizations recognize the strategic importance of this approach.

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of board structures, committees, and their responsibilities. It also delves into risk management practices aligned with COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission) guidelines and explores internal controls designed to mitigate risks across various corporate areas. Participants will also gain insights into the latest compliance trends and practices

The course combines instructor-led presentations with interactive discussions, practical exercises, and real-world case studies to ensure participants can apply the concepts effectively.
