Course overview
An organization without a clear strategy is like a ship adrift without a rudder. To consistently deliver exceptional value to stakeholders and customers, organizations must have a well-defined direction and a plan to get there. This is where strategic thinking and planning become crucial. Strategy involves setting ambitious goals, understanding both the current and future environment, and charting a course for the organization's success. In this course, participants will explore the 7 steps of the strategic management process, starting with the 'thinking' phase, progressing through 'planning,' and culminating in 'execution.'
