Course overview
Become a quality leader within your organization. The Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) certification equips professionals to make effective quality-related decisions at all organizational levels. This course serves as both a refresher and preparation for the CMQ/OE certification exam. It reinforces existing knowledge, reintroduces practical applications that may not be used daily, explains the rationale behind these tools, and highlights sample questions for both multiple-choice and constructed responses. Participants will also receive comprehensive course materials and a copy of the CMQ/OE Handbook: Fourth Edition.
Training methodology
This course is intended for individuals planning to take the CMQ/OE certification exam and is not an introductory course. However, the content is covered in enough detail to help those with basic understanding of the concepts strengthen their knowledge. Each topic is presented in a clear, practical manner, focusing on how to apply the covered tools. Participants will have opportunities to practice these tools during the course, along with optional homework exercises. A detailed manual, designed for exam reference, will be provided, offering a review of the exam topics and sample exams.
